Spacious, air-conditioned studio apartment of 31 m² with a terrace and a lovely sea view, south-facing, on the 2nd floor with elevator and access to the residence's swimming pool. Main room with TV, a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a comfortable single bed suitable for a child. Separate kitchen (2-burner cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker, washing machine) and bathroom with toilet. WIFI / Private parking included and bed linen provided.
€800 security deposit by credit card imprint only - NO PETS - NO SMOKING
Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current rates of the Municipality of Menton.
5 minutes from Garavan train station, you can easily travel to Monaco, Italy, and throughout the region. Public parking is available near the apartment.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied.
Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in an additional charge of €45 (including VAT) per hour.
