Start the day with a visit to the local bakery on Södertorg, enjoy a breakfast on the balcony and then explore Visby's rose-strewn alleys, the Botanical Garden, the Almedalen where the politician's week is held, the Cathedral, the Stora Torget with several restaurants and much more. Visby is a beautiful city all year round, but in the summer Visby bursts with life with shops, cafes and restaurants that open up in every corner. You have a perfect starting point for exploring the rest of the island by bus, car or bicycle. Bicycles can be rented in the port, Gotland has very nice cycle paths. The bus station is only a few hundred meters away, which takes you to the rest of the island.
