Welcome to this super location in the middle of Visby. The apartment offers one bedroom with access to a shared garden, perfect for relaxing. The bedroom features a twin bed for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom comes with a shower and a washer/dryer, providing convenience during your stay. Enjoy Visby!



The Space:

When you enter the apartment you have a hallway with storage that leads into the kitchen. The bathroom is located in the hallway, with access to a shower toilet and sink, as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal at home, with cookware, plates and cutlery. There is also a coffeemaker, kettle, fridge/freezer, and a microwave. You also have a kitchen table with space for 2 people to enjoy breakfast or a dinner.



From the kitchen you have the bedroom to the right, with a twin bed a wall mounted TV and a sofa. To the left from the kitchen you have the shared back garden. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a small planted flower garden and shrubberies.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is very centrally located in Visby, with the beautiful botanical gardens right down the street, offering a peaceful retreat. In the other direction, you’ll find Stortorget, where a variety of lively bars and restaurants await, perfect for enjoying local cuisine and nightlife. Fiskargränd, renowned for its stunning roses and picturesque charm, is one of the most famous streets in Visby and is just a block away, making this location truly ideal for exploring the town.



Getting Around:

To get from the airport to the apartment, your easiest choice is a taxi or the shuttle bus to either Norrgatt/Lummelundavägen or Östercentrum. Both of these stops are outside the wall but are the closest, about a 10-minute walk. If arriving by ferry, your best choice is to walk 15 minutes or take a taxi. The Visby bus station is about a 10-15 minute walk away and connects with most of Gotland via regional buses, making travel around the area convenient and accessible.

3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.



4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.



5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.



6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.



7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.



8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.



9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.



10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.



11. Key Return for Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests are required to leave the apartment key in the designated key lockbox to allow access for cleaning and maintenance. If the key is not returned to the lockbox as instructed, an additional fee of 400 SEK will be charged.



12. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Guests are asked to communicate with the host if an early check-in or late check-out is possible. If there is no confirmation of either an early check-in or a late check-out, an additional fee of 400 SEK per hour will be charged.
