About this apartment rental

Located on Paseo Jaime I, in the heart of Salou. It is one of our best-rated accommodations for its unbeatable location and its facilities.



And the views, SPECTACULAR. It's a penthouse and it has a huge terrace, with panoramic views of the promenade and Llevant beach.



Furthermore, it has a large communal area with swimming pools, sun loungers, shaded areas and fun inflatables for children.



DISTRIBUTION:

-Modern style dining room.

-Large solarium terrace with outdoor shower and awnings.

-Fully equipped kitchen.

-Master bedroom with double bed.

-Second bedroom with 3 single beds (bunk bed + folding bed on the wall to save space when not in use).

-Bathroom with shower.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted. Exclusive for families.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (Hotel Blaumar).

- Optional covered parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Add it at the end of your booking at a special price. It is difficult to park in Salou during high season and if you book it at reception it will be more expensive.

- A stone's throw from the beach :)

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



In summer, around 10 p.m., the ornamental fountain shows in Salou begin, with water, light and music displays at different times. You'll find all the information and tips in our experiences section.
