Spectacular penthouse located on the seafront, right on Paseo Miramar, just a few metres from Salou's sports marina and Playa de Ponent.
Playa de Ponent, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger and parasol rental, disabled access, lifeguard stations every few metres and several parks and children's play areas.
The UHC MIRAMAR NAUTIC apartment with capacity for up to 6 people, is one of our most exclusive apartments in Salou. It has been completely refurbished and decorated in an elegant and contemporary style where every detail has been designed to offer you a luxury stay overlooking the sea.
LAYOUT:
It is a penthouse with a large living room with large windows with access to the large terrace with awnings and the best views of the sea and Salou's sports marina.
- Living dining room with fully equipped American kitchen and direct access to the terrace.
- Master bedroom (suite type) with double bed, sea views and a private bathroom with shower.
- Second bedroom with a double bed and sea views.
- Third bedroom with bunk bed for small children with a maximum height of 1.70 m.
- Second bathroom with bathtub.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Optional parking space (space for a car up to 4.40m long and 1.90m high).
- Great penthouse!, perfect for your family holidays.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

The big terrace with sea view. Very fast and nice respond to our questions. Very good service.
Parking place was not reasonable. Our car didn’t fit in the very small garage. Although we paid for the parking we parked our car 10 minutes walk distance away
