Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This place was immensely one of the best properties we had stayed in. It was just as the photos described and very convenient to the main st for shopping. Unfortunately we had some terrible weather during our stay but it didn't keep us from enjoying the fire place and the convenience of staying in and cooking for the day. We definitely will be returning and looking forward to our next stay. Thank you.

As I recall the property was advertised as having a complete kitchen. The kitchen was lovely however lacked some basics for being able to prepare a meal. No serving dishes, how would you serve a salad without a salad bowl, main dish without a proper serving dish. We also would have loved having a table. otherwise the property was very nice.
