Welcome to our stunning lakefront home located in Western North Carolina and on beautiful Lake Toxaway. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, nestled along the serene shores of this private lake, offers the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. The house sits on level land, perfect for family fun and has breathtaking views of the water. There is a private dock where you can sunbathe , swim and dock your rented boat (unfortunately Lake Toxaway will not allow the use of private boats). There are 3 kayaks available for your use on the lake.
The spacious light and bright interior features modern amenities and cozy furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your loved ones. The King master with it’s en suite bathroom (twin sink vanity and large walk in shower) has large windows with views of the lake. The guest Queen and twin bedrooms are also off the main level and share a bathroom between them. The Twin over Full bedrooms are located off the kitchen in what was once the garage. This bedroom has a bathroom which is also used as the powder room.
Located off the living room and also accessible from the porch is a large screened in porch with a gas grill and an outside table for outside meals. The large porch has rockers to laze away those warm summer afternoons – enjoy a book, a glass of wine or simply sit back, relax and enjoy your beautiful view of Lake Toxaway.

We love coming up to Toxaway and would happily stay at this property again. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing basketball and paddling around in the kayaks. The house was spacious ans clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for having us!

Perfect get away from the Florida heat. Enjoyed boating, kayaking, fishing, floating and scenery in well equipped lake front home. Enjoyed the country club pool and 4th of July celebration. Location is fantastic for hiking and shopping excursions. Peaceful and picturesque!!! Hope to return!

this is a great property located on a flat section in a quiet cove on Lake Toxaway. Five adults and two young children found it very tranquil. Large grassy yard to lake allowed for kids to run around and play area for adults and kids. Two kayaks for paddling about. Toxaway in general is a bit isolated from amenities but only 3 miles to basic grocery store. There are a few restaurants about the same distance. The house was reasonably well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice screened in porch with picnic table. Nice size kitchen. Indoor table seats 10. Big TV in living room and smaller TV's in bedrooms. A/C which we needed as it was unusually warm. If you have kids, the nature park at the entrance to Toxaway off Hiway 64 is pretty cool. We did some hikes at Gorges State Park about 15 minutes away.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Serenity by the Lake. The location is very convenient to Lake Toxaway Marina for boat and tubing rentals, but we began enjoying the water immediately. Our kids jumped right off the dock and into the water - the kayaks included with the stay were a hit, and our son loved fishing off the dock. Mornings were beautiful waking up to the fog over the lake, and it was great to sit outside and enjoy our morning coffee. There’s a huge backyard to run and play, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Inside the home, everything was neat and clean, fresh and updated decor, with everything we needed. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out among the 4 bedrooms. Gareth was great to work with and very responsive. We had a great time!
