Three bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6. The ground floor features the entrance way, double garage, laundry and powder room with toilet and shower.
The flight of stairs leads you up to the first level which features the bedrooms and main bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The next flight of stairs leads you to the open plan living area, with modern kitchen, stylish design and a relaxing L shape couch.
Take your pick of one of two balconies to relax on as there is one on either side of the living area - the perfect spots for enjoying sunrise's and sunsets, a nice breeze and beautiful views of the ocean. I wanted to book Quest or one of the high rise apartments near the cafes in Mt Maunganui but they weren't available. Then I found this place. The location is excellent, right across the road from the beach. Access is very convenient with keyless entry via pin codes. This means you can go to the beach without worrying about your wwlllet

Great Location, lovely place WiFi is a bit patchy and could probably do with adding AC as the bed rooms a hot at night
