About this apartment rental

You will enjoy lots of space in a quiet location, close to the action of the Campus and the downtown arts district. Located just 3 blocks from the heart of the UNR campus and 1/2 mile walk/ride to the casino and arts district. This spacious daylight basement offers a private entrance to a combined living, kitchen, and dining area. The efficiently equipped kitchen boasts a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. Complimentary coffee and tea service for 1 day of your stay.
The large bathroom includes a stack washer and dryer. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed and nightstands with reading lights. Plenty of closet space.
Just a short 3-block walk to UNR, 1/2 mile to downtown and casinos. Free Wi-Fi and smart TV are available for streaming with your streaming accounts.
Bonus: Situated just a short walk from the Rancho San Rafael Regional Park where you can walk around various paths, wander through the arboretum, or hike around in the foothills.
