Our remodeled brick carriage house has old world charm with modern amenities set in a peaceful garden setting. Comfortably fits two, has and Wifi, LCD TV & Roku. Kitchen includes a hot plate, microwave, small fridge and a coffee maker. Centrally located to Midtown and Downtown in the historic Newlands Neighborhood. The carriage house is just a short walk to all the great restaurants, nightlife and activities in Downtown and Midtown Reno.

Nice place with everything you need in great area. I appreciate having a spot where I could park my car right next to the building. I would’ve liked the owner to communicate with me quicker, since I only got a text on the day of checking in after I sent them a message. Other than that I liked everything about this place, would 100% stay here again!

Great stay. Convenient location and access to building. Just note access is through the alley, and you'll have no problem finding the place. I would stay here again.

Great tv and comfy couch! Quality sound in the phone speaker too so I also enjoyed my music. Wish the bed was as cozy. I like cushy. Thoughtfully equipped kitchen so cooking was a breeze. Lovely yard and door yard, and parking space. Thanks for a restful space.
