The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and outdoor cooking is a breeze with both a gas grill and a Weber grill available for your use (charcoal not provided/propane not guaranteed). This end unit offers a deck and a screened-in porch, providing views of the large playground below. Just 550 feet away, you'll find the new pool and updated tennis courts.
