Chalet #12 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort, set along the Lake Michigan shoreline and surrounded by the natural beauty that defines this stretch of the coast. This charming 2-Bedroom / 1-Bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the resort’s fantastic amenities, including sandy beaches, three pools, sports courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, scenic ponds and more.
The Space:
Step inside Chalet #12 and you'll find a warm, inviting interior wrapped in rich wood-paneled walls and ceilings that give the space its signature chalet character. The bright and airy living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group, a wall-mounted TV, a skylight, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the private deck with outdoor seating and partial views of Lake Michigan. A freshly appointed kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, full-size appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, and microwave, plus ample counter and storage space, everything you need for home-cooked meals during your stay. A cozy dining area with an octagonal table and chairs sits just off the kitchen, perfect for gathering around after a day at the beach.
The two bedrooms upstairs are tucked beneath the signature A-frame roofline, creating a cozy chalet atmosphere with warm wood accents throughout. To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
