Natural light floods through the cozy living area of this home, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Each bedroom is designed for comfort during your stay, with two bedrooms having private ensuites!
The Space:
Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle! Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills with ocean views and a 2 minute walk to the beach, this brand new build is gorgeous and fully equipped to host your party of 10. With modern appliances and plenty of space, the kitchen is perfect for any chef to whip up some delicious meals. Dine indoors at the table, or out on the deck for an al fresco evening with a view. Head out to the private community pool to take in the sun and go for a swim!
The living room provides a cozy space to unwind with a movie or book in the evenings, and the numerous windows offer plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The decks are accessible throughout the home, so you can step outside and easily get a breath of the fresh beach air.
There are four bedrooms (2 with ensuites) for your whole family to have a comfortable place to rest. There is also an elevator that stops at every floor!
In addition to being a short walk from the beach entrance, the home is close to great local shops and restaurants to complete your ideal Outer Banks vacation!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. This was a great place to stay for our family weekend at the beach! We had a range of ages from teenagers to grandparents, and the property worked well for all. Our needs were totally covered from beach gear, to cook wear, to sleep space; while in a convenient location (just a few minute walk to the beach and restaurants)!

This beautiful townhouse is brand new and in pristine condition. Elevator works great for bringing belongings up. Large wraparound porches are great for relaxing and visiting. The beds were comfy. The beach access is only one block away. We really enjoyed our stay with family and a few friends. We definitely plan to stay here again. We enjoyed Mama Quans for dinner around the corner and then stopped at Booty Treats for dessert.

Great property. Plenty of space for everyone with lots of outdoor deck space. Needed to supply more towels sets. At least 2 person. The elevator made trips upstairs easy.
