About this house rental
Cocoonr agency is offering this large 4-star listed 120 m2 house for rent. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, an enclosed garden and parking for up to 3 vehicles. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows
- A living room with TV, sofa, dining area, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200cm) and en-suite shower room with WC, garden view
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200cm) and shower room with WC, garden view
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be placed close together
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- Covered patio in old ironwork
- Summer kitchen in the courtyard opposite the house
Ideally located in a quiet area, at the end of the Dahouët lake, in a cul-de-sac, you can take advantage of the proximity of the town (shops, restaurants, Casino, cinema, market, Thalasso less than 1 km away) and relax thanks to the calm and gentle sound of the river. Immediate proximity to the port of Dahouët: shops, tobacco bar, bakery, restaurants, boutique, antique dealers, etc.
