Positioned in a quiet court location, just a short walk to the beach, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests & offers cosy living in a laidback setting. You`ll love the big back yard with kids playground, fully fenced & pet friendly, also the proximity to coffee shops, town and the beach!
The home comes with linen and towels for all beds (included in the clean fee).
Open plan living, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with all mod con`s and a fully equipped kitchen.
Included is an open fire place (BYO firewood) plus separate heaters for bedrooms and a split system heater/cooler in the main living. BYO wood for the fire pit.
This home is cosy rather than spacious and great value for the traveller wanting to be close to everything.
Set in a quiet street off Darian Rd - walking distance to the beach
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

Perfect for families especially young kids. The playground was loved by our 2 year old. Close to shops and the beach in a quiet street.
