About this house rental
Welcome to Rivertown Cottage. Centrally located in Carrollton Kentucky, along the confluence of the Ohio & Kentucky Rivers. Carrollton is a small quaint town, rich in its farming roots. Life simply moves a little slower here.
Carrollton offers numerous activities such as exploring General Butler State Park, pickleball, disk golf, and a splash park for the kids. Within a scenic 45-minute drive of Buffalo Trace Distillery, The Ark Encounter, Historic Madison Indiana, and Bellterra casino.
The space
This cozy, spacious, completely renovated, 1250 Sq. Ft. cottage has all the comforts of home.
*Main level master bedroom with king bed, memory foam mattress.
*The spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen are all on the main level.
*All beds are new and extremely comfortable
*The two bedrooms on the second level consist of a queen bed and two twin beds.
*Front porch for sitting and relaxing as well as a rear sun/garden room.
*Large patio/concrete area located in the fenced backyard.
*Plenty of driveway and street parking!! Bring your boat and enjoy the Ohio River that is two blocks away!
*Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops!
* Close to all Industries. Contractors welcome.
*Pet Friendly for short-term guests.

Even though the weather wasn't good, the place made it worth it. Beds were very comfortable, house was very clean. We had a great stay!!
