About this apartment rental
This main-floor studio apartment is located in a Historical limestone house. The space is arranged into a living room and 2 sleeping areas There is a fully furnished kitchen for eating-in or it's only a quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quick 5 minute drive to Sample Gates and 7 minute drive to Memorial Stadium on IU Campus. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!
Apartment is accessed through lobby with keypad entry door.
This large studio apartment has high ceilings and tall windows. Front door opens into the living room with decorative historic fireplace with 65" smart TV mounted above, comfortable couch with pullout bed, and a shelf/desk for work area. Just off the living room is the sleeping area with King and Queen beds with curtain for separation/privacy and the walk-in closet contains an all-in-one washer/dryer. The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator and gas range. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay.
Parking is parallel street parking.
To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

We stayed here while visiting our son at IU. Very convenient location and an easy walk to shops, dining, and campus. Adorable unit on the first floor with ample space for our weekend getaway. We would absolutely recommend B-Town King and Queen and would stay here again!

Perfect for a football weekend. Hosts were very reponsive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars, trail is one block away.

Location was great, very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Communication was quick. Cleanliness was subpar, lots of dust, dirty floors and walls.
