Location was great; right downtown near Wileys and Falls Park. Room was alright and bathroom was tiny and could use some deep cleaning but location made up for most of the drawback of size.

Just a few blocks off the main street. Lots of restaurants and fun boutique shops. Falls park also a few blocks where you can walk along the river. The room is basically a hotel room but much less expensive. Host was very responsive and it’s small but very comfortable, only complaint would be no hair dryer.

The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot

Not the kind of spot for working from your room or planning to stay in a lot. But for 1-2 people who want a clean, comfortable base of operations to enjoy the downtown Sioux Falls bars, restaurants and nightlife, this spot is ideal. Check in was a breeze. The host is responsive and friendly. The building is quiet with a comfy lobby for hanging out with a small group. I enjoyed my stay and the price was right.
