This custom Arts and Crafts-style cabin boasts meticulous attention to detail, with tasteful finishes and upscale furnishings throughout.
The main level welcomes you with an inviting open-concept layout, featuring a spacious great room, well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area bathed in natural light streaming through expansive windows, offering picturesque mountain vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, while the dining area comfortably seats six, ensuring delightful indoor dining experiences for all. Relaxation awaits in the great room, where a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace sets the ambiance alongside plush seating and a generous HD Smart TV, all beneath soaring vaulted ceilings. A king bedroom with private porch access and two additional queen bedrooms provide cozy sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep.
Step outside to discover a blissful outdoor oasis, complete with comfortable seating and a convenient gas grill for al fresco dining. The lower level beckons with a sprawling firepit, perfect for roasting s'mores while soaking in the breathtaking mountain panoramas. Cap off your day of adventure with a soothing soak in the hot tub, enveloped by the tranquil mountain ambiance.
Adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Spruce Patch offers unrivaled access to endless outdoor pursuits, from scenic hiking trails to serene picnic spots and babbling creeks. Thrilling adventures and awe-inspiring vistas await those who venture into the nearby marked trails, promising unforgettable experiences amidst nature's splendor.
Please take note of the following:
Spruce Patch is accessible via a 7-mile well-maintained gravel road. While 4-wheel drive is recommended, it is not essential during the summer months. However, it is required in winter, with chains recommended due to higher snowfall at this elevation.
Parking is limited to two spaces.
Limited cell service and GPS coverage are available.
No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of $250 if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement

This property was amazing, the home, the views and the ease of check in. We had dog with us and he was very happy here. Will definitely book again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for- a cabin with a beautiful mountain view in a quiet neighborhood along a long winding dirt road. We brought two young kids in winter, so we appreciated how warm the cabin was able to get / maintain day to day. With the amount of floor play that we did I do wish there was a better and larger living room rug - the one in there is very slidey even with the rubber mat underneath. Would recommend and come back!
