This was awesome place to stay with family. Very spacious, every thing we could ask for. The Panoramic view was awesome. I love the way we were able to sit outside on the porches and enjoy Mother Nature. We will definitely book this cabin again. LSC

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Triple Play Cabin. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our crew included my husband and myself with our three adult children and three grandchildren, aged 5-10.
The location is perfect, just a half mile off Route 19 in the heart of Maggie Valley, close enough to be convenient to everything but with a rural vibe. We arrived in the evening and drove by several elk grazing in the field at the entrance to the quiet neighborhood. The next morning we were thrilled to see cows grazing just a few feet behind the back deck. Long range views from the cabin are beautiful!
The interior of the cabin is rustic, but has all the modern conveniences on three full levels. The huge round dining room table seated all eight of us comfortably, and we had plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. The board games and the gaming console, plus the pool/ping pong table in the garage/game room kept the kids occupied when we weren’t out exploring the area. We loved hanging out on the deck and enjoyed a few cool nights in the hot tub. It is close to the cabin next door, but the landscaping offers some privacy. My personal favorite place to sit was in the cozy red leather recliner in the loft to enjoy the view.
The owners have labeled all light switches and provided a cabin guidebook, which was greatly appreciated. The only negative is that we didn’t have much room for storing non-perishable food items. All of the cabinets are full with dishes, staples and bowls, etc., so we used the island top to store all of our non-refrigerated items, which limited our counter space. The bedrooms have drawer space and closet space available, but very few hangers. There were ample towels (nice and thick!) for all of us.
We were sad to leave, and we look forward to booking this cabin again.

We had an amazing stay at the Triple Play. We made beautiful family memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. Our family enjoyed skiing at Cataloochee, tubing, hiking and visiting the Soko waterfall. We also visited Asheville, NC which was a short drive. In Asheville we visited the historic Block, the Biltmore Estate, local galleries and restaurants.The Triple Play is a lovely well maintained cabin. The spectacular views and solitude was very relaxing. We enjoyed watching the elk roam around the neighborhood. The hot tub and game room were our family favorites. I noticed some discrepancies in a couple recent reviews. The cabin is represented completely and 100% accurately in the listed photos. A lovely new fold out sofa was recently added on the third level. The cabin was clean. The kitchen was well stocked.Tom, thank you for sharing your delightful home with our family.

Couple of issues, fireplace didnt work, (manager knew and had a part on order. A mountain rental isnt the same without a fireplace). Cable didnt work in one of the upstairs bedrooms, bed in the basement bedroom had to be replaced as the frame was broken, only one dishwasher pod in the house, an outlet in the living room didnt work behind the loveseat, paint peeling on the ceiling in the main floor bedroom, wall patchwork around the shower in the same room that need to be painted. Other than the few details that need to be resolved, good home in a beautiful location.
