Zweibettzimmer in Zentraler Lage

We offer a 2-bed room for tradespeople in a central location. The apartment features a large rain shower and a separate toilet in a separate room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and shopping options within walking distance, making this the perfect accommodation for any tradesperson. The kitchen and shower/toilet are shared spaces used by other guests. The highway and public transportation are both in the immediate vicinity. Each room is equipped with a new HD smart TV, including an active Netflix subscription. Bedding, as well as a bath towel and hand towel, are included.

PLEASE NOTE! To avoid any misunderstanding: You are renting this room for yourself, BUT the bathroom and kitchen are shared spaces that you’ll share with the tenants of the other two rooms.
