The place is accessible and close to the Lidenhof shopping mall. One can also walk to the Waterfront shopping mall. The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds...the other room has a kitchen and ensuite bathroom. No sharing... The owner is respectful and understanding. I requested for a bedside lamp and he did sent it together with a stool. The owner does not stay at the apartment, and you have access to the premise without any interference. He also promptly responds to emails and WhatsApp messages.

The doors automatically lock 🔐 when you close them...if you leave your keys inside you need a locksmith to bail you out. I learned the hard way on the last day...I had to pay 60 Euro to the locksmith since i had left my key on the keyhole on the other side...

The host that waited for me there was really nice, helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything that you might need, including cutleries, cleaning products, and towels. Overall the place was clean and comfortable. The apartment was really close to the tram station as well, less than a 5 min walk, which made it very simple to commute. Also, a lot of supermarkets and shops were nearby, including other facilities that might be needed. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to students or people coming in Bremen that need accommodation for a short period of time or up to a month.

The apartment was smaller than I was expecting, however it was enough space for two people living there for a short amount of time. The bedroom and the kitchen+ bathroom were separated by a hallway, which was the main hallway that you shared with all the people living on the building. The neighborhood overall was quite, yet a lot of men would gather on the bars at the beginning of the road, which made it a little uncomfortable to walk there alone at night.

La estancia estaba dividida en dos partes. Una era la cocina-baño y la otra el dormitorio. Cojines de las camas de la peor calidad. Cada una las estancias tiene puerta con cerradura de llave, y para desplazarse de una a otra hay que pasar por el recibidor de la escalera que da a la calle. Muy indiscreto e incómodo al tener que abrir con llave dos estancias complementarias. La lavadora estaba en otra estancia, todavía por descubrir aunque tuve indicaciones de los anfitriones. Es amable, pero solamente habla alemán, nada de inglés, con los problemas que puede comportar respecto a la comunicación. El barrio no me gustó nada por el ambiente, sensación de poca seguridad aunque no tuve ningún percance. La ciudad, muy decadente.
