A great location for a vacation in Palermo: Casa Santoliva is just a stone’s throw from the Teatro Massimo, the Teatro Politeama, and the Mercato del Capo, in an area full of bars, bistros, and restaurants where you can eat really well!
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heat pump, and the apartment comes with sheets, towels, and a hair dryer.
The nearest supermarket is 250 meters away.

The apartment is located right in the city center, 400 meters from the Teatro Massimo (Piazza Verdi) and 300 meters from the Teatro Politeama (Piazza Castelnuovo, also known as “Piazza Politeama”).

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is accessed via a flight of stairs

You can park for a fee in the blue-line parking spaces right outside the building and in the surrounding area, but there are also secure, covered private parking lots nearby (for example, the ORLANDO | APCOA Parking Lot)

*Right across the street is a delightful spot to have lunch or enjoy a drink.
*On the same block, there’s a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, and several restaurants (sushi, poke, burgers made with Sicilian ingredients) and bars.
*My favorite seafood restaurant is just 4 minutes away
*The supermarket is 3 minutes away

In the neighborhood:
*It’s a quiet yet lively neighborhood: you’ll find several bars, bistros, and all the necessary amenities.
* The apartment overlooks the 16th-century church of San Francesco di Paola
* The apartment is located between Piazza S. Oliva and Piazza S. Francesco di Paola. From the latter, you can access Villa Filippina, an 18th-century villa with a large square garden surrounded by a frescoed portico. Here you’ll find a food court, a playground for children, and a space that hosts various events, from farmers’ markets to craft and vintage fairs, and from live music to theater performances.

How to get around
*All major attractions are within walking distance
* A bus departs from the square near your home and takes you to the Zisa Castle (which you can also reach on foot in about 20 minutes).
* From Piazza Castelnuovo, buses depart for Mondello and Monreale, as well as coaches to the Palermo and Trapani airports
