About this space
Villa Isla Mares is a brand new modern and spacious home, a short 10 minute walk from the breathtaking Avellanas beach. A great spot to surf and enjoy. Our home easily and comfortably fits a large group or family, providing close proximity to the beautiful Avellanas, while all the comfort and ammenitites needed to stay in!
The space
Our home is large and spacious, comfortably sleeping 10 guests across 5 rooms, with 3.5 bathrooms. The layout includes one primary bedroom on the first floor, with an en suite bathroom, to accommodate any guests who may have difficulty with stairs. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor, including another primary bedroom, and the largest of the 5, with an en suite walk in closet and bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, including a wash room with a washer and dryer, and typical Tico pila, or wash sink.
Including access to the private pool, exclusively for guests of Villa Isla Mares.

Please note that our home is a private property, and not located within the bounds of Hacienda Pinilla. Although, it is located just down the street from the southern most entrance.

The property was great. It was spacious and well-kept. Additionally, the pool was cleaned professionally twice a week so it stayed nice. We used it pretty much every day. There are several good restaurants and natural market within a 5 min drive to the property as well. The roads are a bit rough and can be slow-going, so I would suggest some sort of SUV.
