About this house rental
Bazza's coastal styling and open-plan living provide a relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy while you take in the breathtaking views of Medlands beach; a popular surfing and swimming spot situated between Great Barrier Island's two main hubs, and only a five minute stroll from Bazzas!
Our beach house can sleep up to six guests in our three double bedrooms, making it the perfect place for a romantic island getaway or a fun-filled adventure with friends.
Additional to our beautiful necessities provided for your comfort, we also supply a little extra for your enjoyment:
- Outdoor Weber BBQ for those classic kiwi dinners
- Comfy cape-cod chairs so you can admire the sparkling sea views during the day and the spectacular stars at night
- Outdoor dining table with panoramic views of Medlands beach and beyond
- Indoor fireplace for those cooler evenings (Bazza’s is just as special in winter)
- Remote-controlled, battery-operated candles
- Board games for some competitive fun
- Books to enjoy while you unwind
- TV with Freeview, a DVD player, and DVDs to watch
- Beach towels for your relaxing beach days
Prices are as follows...
Peak season (1st December - 1st March):
$450/night for up to four guests, with $50/night extra for additional guests (max six total).
Off season (1st April - 30th November):
$350/night for up to four guests, with $50/night extra for additional guests (max six total).
Long weekends require a minimum three night stay & are the peak season rate of $450/night for up to four guests, with $50/night extra for additional guests (max six total).
A one off $150 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

We stayed at Bazzas Bach with our 2 children (4 and 6). It has unbeatable views, was spotlessly clean and even nicer than the pictures. It’s a brilliant location to access all that Great Barrier Island has to offer. Paula couldn’t have been more helpful.
