About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated mid-century modern basement apartment in the heart of Salt Lake City. Between the Sugarhouse and Liberty Wells neighborhoods, it has authentic and charming mid-century touches throughout the space. The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is spacious with high ceilings and Purple mattresses on both beds. It's equipped with a private entrance, Roku Smart TV, Wifi, and in-unit laundry. The home is located on a quiet, suburban street. It's 5 blocks from Liberty Park, and a short walk to coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. You're just a 10-minute drive to downtown Salt Lake and 25 minutes to some of the greatest ski resorts in the world.

Very clean and cozy. Great neighborhood with lots of convenient stuff nearby. Only downside was not having control of the thermostat, although it stayed comfortable. There were no baking trays for the oven, and no paper towels or cleaning supplies.

This was a good place to sleep and shower while we were town. Location was perfect and the property was clean. However, we absolutely froze our butts off all day and night. The AC was running non stop at a ridiculously low temperature and we had to wear coats indoors the entire time. I’m guessing the thermostat is located in the main house upstairs so we could not adjust it. We tried to contact the owner of the property but the VRBO site was down and we had no way of communication. (I know that is not the owners fault)
Overall, it was a good place for the price. But maybe in the future don’t have the AC blasting 24/7, it was very uncomfortable.

The apartment was very clean, in a terrific location if you are a skier and if you are interested in staying in Salt Lake in a fun neighborhood. Have stayed in two other placed around here and this was the best.
