About this house rental

Escape to the beautiful Utah Wasatch Front at ‘Sugar Park Pad’—35 mins or less to the area’s many outdoor recreation areas. This is a well-appointed, economical home-base for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, photography, and more! Coming for business? We’re a short drive to downtown. Grab a delicious meal at a local bistro and return home to evening cocktails while you stream your favorite flick on the Smart TV. This is the place for a great trip to Salt Lake City!

The Space
Besides a great central location in a lovely suburban neighborhood, Sugar Park Pad offers plenty of amenities like wireless internet, free laundry, Smart TV, central heating/AC, and more. This pad is a nice stay at a nice rate.

Inside this 1,100 sq ft pad, (the lower level of an up/down duplex), you’ll find comfortable, well-appointed living spaces, including a living room with flat screen TV, a dedicated office with comfortable workspace, a dining area, and a full kitchen with all the basics for making your own meals.

Want to decompress after a hectic day? Take a short stroll over to Sugarhouse Park—one of Salt Lake’s crown jewel parks, featuring 111 acres of lush green space, a duck pond, picnic areas, and meandering paths. If you’re hungry, head next door to “The Dodo” or one of the other excellent eateries close by.

Come nighttime, either of the cozy bedrooms offers comfy beds for a great night’s rest. The updated bathroom, with full tub and shower, is great for morning ablutions.

➢ Note: this is the downstairs unit of an up/down duplex (partial-basement with plenty of windows for light). You may hear some footfalls and voices from above, but overall it's fairly well insulated. If you are very sensitive to noise, this may not be the ideal place for you.
➢ The front door is equipped with a ring doorbell and external entryway has a security camera.

Very nice property. I loved how they really thought of everything someone would need during their stay. Clean and comfortable. It is a basement apartment so if you are tall, (over 6 feet, few inches tall) it could be an inconvenience walking through some areas. Otherwise, would highly recommend!
