New flat screen TVs for those movie nights or nights in. Offers an amazingly large private outdoor terrace with a 6-8 seating dining area along with an electric BBQ set.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to all the areas of the condo except for two locked closets in the master bedrooms's closet.

Considered as one of the most popular beach destinations in Costa Rica, Jacó is located in the Central Pacific coast, approximately an hour away from the Juan Santamaria International Airport. Jaco's close proximity to the airport and the central valley (where the capital city is located and most of the population lives) has made it a popular beach destination for Costa Rican and international tourists. Jaco is an ideal location for travelers that want to live and explore up and down the Pacific coast and discover the natural beauty of this exciting tropical destination.
Being one of the most developed and most happening beach towns in Costa Rica, staying in the area of Jaco allows visitors to choose from a wide variety of services. Getting Around:
Jaco Bay is at walking distance from the town center (less than 1 mile) and makes moving around easy. You can either walk, rent a bicycle or request a red cab to move around town or go visit other beaches. Nevertheless we recommend you to mobilize using Uber taxi service if you have access to a smartphone device.
If you rent a car it would make everything a lot easier since you will have total freedom to go where you want, whenever you want. Just make sure you leave your car in a proper parking spot and don't ever leave any valuables inside.
