Our welcoming residence features 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The bedrooms feature sleeping arrangements with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds.
You will have access to the upper level apartment with your own private entry. You will park in the shared driveway or can utilize off street parking. The living area consists of an open concept. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and all the essentials, makes cooking a breeze. With amenities like WiFi, AC/heating, in unit washing and drying machine, your stay will be convenient and stress-free.
Step outside to the backyard (shared with guests in the lower unit), where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars. Also note, you can access Washington Park literally through the backyard. Washington Park is unique because it is built seamlessly into the Washington Park neighborhood in Winston-Salem. Very clean and well equipped. Close to downtown. Short walk to Washington park, with walking trails, baseball diamonds and dog park. also very close to restaurants, co-op and awesome local bars, off Broad St...in both directions! Close to downtown library. Easy to get to all areas of Winston Salem and 30 min. to Greensboro. Enjoyed stay. Couldn't ask for more. Ashli was great!
