Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A second floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal!
You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.
There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and queen-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

Apartment as advertised.Convenient to everything in Triad.Moved from Maine looking for forever home.Found in 2 days.Nice to have place to stay while handling logistics of closing/ moving.AND,didn't have to go to laundromat! Thanx,Eric,Austin & Emily.

This was our second time to stay here. The hospitalization of a family member brought us here for five nights this time and I couldn’t have asked for kinder, more attentive hosts. They even brought us extra coffee, tea, and ice. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay here. The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable — and the hosts are exceptional.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen beautifully stocked. We loved the Ardmore neighborhood. Unfortunately the apartment was at the intersection of 2 busy streets at a traffic light. We bought earplugs to try to cover the noise of busses trucks motorcycles and loud music from cars. We will not stay at the apartment again! If the owner has quieter properties elsewhere we would certainly consider them
