Ideally located in the seaside resort of Lacanau Océan, in a quiet residence nestled between a pine forest, a lake, and the ocean, our recently renovated villa welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends. You'll appreciate the proximity to numerous activities and amenities: golf course 500 meters away, town center and all shops 1.5 km away, ocean beaches and lake accessible via the cycle path, and more. Semi-detached to another house, but with no overlooking neighbors, the villa sits on a 250 m² enclosed plot and features a terrace with outdoor furniture and a covered summer kitchen. The villa comprises a light-filled main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge, three bedrooms (two double beds 140x190 cm and two single bunk beds 90x190 cm), and two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which is en suite to one of the bedrooms. You will have a parking space in front of the villa (outside the enclosed grounds). Pets are welcome under certain conditions (additional €100 deposit required). Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday only.
