Inside, the villa offers a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. The ground floor features a spacious master suite with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a separate WC. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, along with either a shower room or a family bathroom and a separate WC, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups.

Outside, enjoy the covered furnished terrace overlooking your private unheated swimming pool (minimum 4 x 8 m), open from April to mid-October, weather permitting.
