To the left, the expansive living room boasts a luxurious leather couch, a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services, and a queen-sized murphy bed. With a door for privacy, this space easily doubles as a second bedroom. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the closet.
Down the central hallway, you’ll find a cozy bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, dressers, and a closet for plenty of storage. The bathroom includes both a shower and a tub for relaxing after your adventures. A desk in the oversized hallway provides a peaceful spot to work or plan your next outing.
Step outside the living room to your private patio, perfect for alfresco dining with seating options for four. Beyond, enjoy the shared wooded backyard with a fire pit for starlit evenings. Feeling adventurous? Pitch a tent on our unique woodland platform for a night under the pines.
From our home, you can walk to Acadia’s breathtaking trails, a swimmable beach, a golf course (with a bar open to the public!), and the charming restaurants and shops of Southwest Harbor. Need tips or directions? We’re happy to help you make the most of your stay.

Gina’s place was clean, roomy, comfortable and everything that we would want in a place near Acadia and Bar Harbor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the right pots, pans and utensils. Leather living room couch was very roomy and conducive to relaxing after a day of hiking. Can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Maine. Thanks, Gina, for a great stay!

The place was and smelled very clean. We were traveling with an infant and the pack-n-play was already set up when we arrived. The instructions were very clear and made the whole process easy. It was very easy to communicate with Gina and the location is great. Most all Acadia trails can be accessed in 30 minutes or less with further points of interest, like Schoodic Point, only 45 minutes away. This is among the best, if not the best, place we’ve stayed in our travels.

Quiet, spacious apartment on the ground floor of a three story house. Nestled in the forest in the Southwest Harbor area. Convenient to Bar Harbor, Acadia NP and Northeast Harbor. Owners were very responsive and even lent me a cell phone charger...I had three difference devices with different plugs and forgot one. I would go back. Perfect for one or 2, and there is a murphy bed to sleep another one or two. I could hear the occasional walking above me but it didn't bother me and wasn't constant. No stairs to climb. Parking right next to the front door. Great place.
