PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This home participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Amazing and well stocked home, absolutely recommend this beautiful, very clean, home. Located very close to the beach, restaurants, & shops. stocked with beach toys, cart, and an umbrella for the beach. We stayed at another location after this in Siesta key and wished we could go back to this home in Anna Maria the remainder of our trip!

My wife and I rented this property for a week at the beach. The bungalow is amazing, homey and very comfortable. And everything inside the home looked brand new! The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for the week. The outdoor lanai and pool were fantastic and a welcome spot after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. We had never bend to Anna Maria so we were guessing on the locauronnans it could not have been better. The home is 1.5 blocks from the beach and only steps away from The Porch, Harry’s Grill and Jenny and Gene’s for daily coffee or breakfast. Because the north end of Anna Maria is so narrow at this point you can easily walk to the shops on Pine and the bay side for ice cream. I couldn’t recommend this spot more.
