This gorgeous home was built by Gant and Brown Premier Homebuilders and features an open floor plan with natural hardwood floors throughout. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the bright living room furnished with comfortable chairs and a sofa right in front of a smart TV with streaming services. The bookshelf offers numerous books in case you crave a different kind of entertainment. The modern chef's kitchen boasts high-end all stainless steel appliances, stunning cabinets with soft-close features, granite countertops, a pantry, and a beautiful large island. Spend memorable evenings relaxing on the screened porch or covered front deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the company of friends and family. Both are ideal spots to take in breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico - you'll be able to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and ocean breezes every day of your stay. Don't worry about packing heavy - the home boasts a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The primary suite boasts a smart TV and a luxe en suite bath with a separate soaking tub, double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom enjoys a smart TV and an en suite bathroom, while the third bedroom has a smart TV and is right next to a full bathroom.
