About this house rental

This immaculate Florida vacation home was recently remodeled, is located approximately 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and the quaint shops and eateries along Flagler Ave. in New Smyrna Beach. This home sits on the 11th hole at the Preserve at Turnbull Bay golf course. Relax on the screened lanai or take a dip in the inground pool. The home is 20 mins south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour northeast of Orlando. Enjoy a variety of activities from the Orlando area amusement parks, Cape Canaveral, outlet shopping after a relaxing day at the beach or a lazy day lounging at the pool. There are 4 outdoor cameras located on the property. Front of garage, doorbell, pool and back deck. The pool and heater equipment settings are preset and not to be touched by guests. The water temperature will vary depending on weather. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited.
