All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quiet area, perfect to vacation with family. Walking into the home it felt like home. We entered the living area and you are greeted with family photos of the previous owner and new owner and other family members. It told me a story of this home. It had lots of memories , conversations at the kitchen table many families games were played. Lots of laughter. If the walls could talk. Moving forward on our vacation, we had plenty of of room , pool area was awsome, we had our fury members with us, the yard was fence in and they love to run. So our fury pets had a great time. Beach area was only a 5-10 minute drive very nice. Food recommendation was great.
Would I come back , Yes.

The kitchen was large, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed with an attached dining room with plenty of seating. The living room was good size with a huge, comfortable leather sofa. The bedrooms were good sized and very comfortable. But the best spot in the house was the patio and pool. Plenty of seating with a large table for outdoor seating and lounge chairs. The pool was the highlight for me. It was large, clean, and the temperature was perfect. We had a 7 adult crew and never felt crowded. The house is old and has natural wear and tear but overall, it’s a nice, quiet, and private vacation rental.

We were fortunate enough to find this spacious and clean home about 1 mile from our family so that we could visit for the holidays while also having our own space. The kitchen was large and updated (although we did have to purchase some additional spices/cooking utensils, etc. that were specific to what we needed). The backyard was terrific for our fury friend to get energy out. Towels & linens were fully stocked. We did run out of trash bags and toilet paper, but these were easily purchased at the Walmart almost a mile away. The pool looked great however the weather was too cold for swimming.We are thinking about something similar (maybe the same place if available) for future family visits.
