The City of Palm Springs has specific rules for guests staying in vacation rental properties within its limits. Here's what you need to know:
-Noise: Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances outside the rental property. Even noise inside that can be heard outside is not allowed.
-Pool Use: Enjoy the pool, but keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing neighbors.
-Parking: Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at the rental. Use driveways and garages first before resorting to street parking, and don't block driveways or streets.
-Trash: Recycle using the provided blue cart and keep trash out of public view. Trash and recycling will be collected on scheduled days, so don't leave it on the curb.
-Occupancy: Stick to occupancy limits, especially between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $5,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
