About this house rental
Enjoy a private getaway in a luxury home on the Clam River! Sleep in and enjoy sunbathing on the huge deck or grab a kayak and enjoy the 2 hour cruise down the river with the kayaks and inner tubes provided! This home accommodates 10 people comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. Linens, towels, sheets, toiletries are included. Don't forget to have a bom fire every night (firewood included).

The house is located on a private road which is wonderful because it cuts down on traffic. The view of the river is very relaxing.

Overall our stay was good. The house is as shown in the pictures. The layout is a little unconventional and the interior décor leads to some great conversations. The river water was cool and clear. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was lots of space for everyone.
The property wasn't very well maintained. The front lawn was mowed down to dirt, and it severely needed some weed waking. The long grass in the flower beds were brushing your knees on your way in... We swept the back deck of spider webs and leaves....The property just really needed about an hour with a leaf blower and a weed Wacker.
the owner/manager was very attentive to our needs and worked with us whenever possible. Everyone had a good time at the house.
