About this house rental
Our Llano River House sits on 5 acres covered in oak, persimmon and mesquite trees and overlooking the Llano River. The house is set back from the river out of the flood plain. We have an outdoor pavilion with seating for 17 on the bluff overlooking the river. The pavilion has clear view of the sky and is perfect for stargazing. Across the river there are thousands of acres of untouched ranch land as far as the eye can see. The river is perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing or simply relaxing on the banks.
Our house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath adobe home with a fully functional kitchen, dining room, living room with large flatscreen tv, Starlink wifi and satellite cable TV. The house can sleep 11, between the 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 twins) and 3 twin day beds in the living room.
We can also provide a Jaco travel trailer that sleeps 4 for an additional charge.
The house is only 4 miles from Downtown Llano.

Unfortunately we stayed during the flood. Regardless our stay was awesome spent so.e family time in the cabin. Saw the river raise alot bitit was never a threat to us. We checked in early and the host was great and understanding. I will definitely reccom the stay. Just by looking at the river you can tell it would be a blast swimming and fishing. Hard time for us to be there but the silver lining was the quality time with the family.

We recently stayed at this fantastic property on the Llano River, and it was an incredible experience for our family. The location is absolutely perfect, with the house being just a short walk from the river. The property was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, from fire pit supplies to lawn chairs that we used by the river.
Our young children (6, 4, 1) had an absolute blast playing in the river, sliding down the rapids over and over again, and the fishing was excellent as well. It was a joy to watch them have so much fun in such a beautiful setting.
The only thing we wish we had known beforehand was to bring water bottles, but luckily the grocery store was just a quick trip away, so it was easy to grab some. Overall, this was a perfect spot for our family vacation, and we can't wait to return!

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. Access to the river is convenient and we stayed busy fishing the area nearby the house. Town was very close by and made it easy to get groceries and anything else we needed. We would certainly be happy to stay again sometime in the future.

The house was awesome- comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and plenty of room for a bunch of old friends. The llano is a beautiful river to float, swim, and kayak in. We spend lots of time in the water, and had it pretty much to ourselves. Really great experience. Host was super responsive and kind. Made the trip easy and fun. Cant wait to return.
