About this apartment rental
The vacation apartment in Schladming is at 1300m. Fantastic view of the Dachstein massif in summer and winter. Very quiet location.
The approx. 75 m² accommodation consists of a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 additional guest WC. For 4 persons. Facilities include WLAN, central heating, 2 televisions. Private outdoor area, terrace, rustic seating area, sun loungers.
In summer you can go on walks, bike tours, hikes to the Hochwurzen, the Reiteralm, the Hauser Kaibling or the Planai directly from the house. Mountain crossings possible and return by bus. Bus connection available, many lift options. Excursions to the Gumpental, Sattental, Sewigtal and the Styrian Bodensee. Swimming lake in Pichl and Aich. 7km summer toboggan run. The area around the Dachstein mountains offers a wide range of leisure activities.
The accommodation is snow-sure in winter. Directly at the 4-seater chairlift, direct descent to the
Reiteralm, directly on the ski path to the Planai West gondola lift. Directly in front of the house is the
ski bus stop with night line. You do not need a car during your stay. In the immediate vicinity there is an après-ski hut and a hiking trail, which is also accessible in winter. Nearby are numerous cross-country ski trails and the 7 km long winter toboggan run.
Parking at the property. One parking space per apartment. More parking spaces on

Families with children are welcome.
A small dog is allowed in the apartment on request and for an extra charge.
