Two holiday homes in Österlen 800 meters from the sandy beach

"Kabusa" is the synonym for two nice and newly renovated holiday homes in the region of Österlen in South Sweden.



Both holiday homes are close together at a Skåne farm with inner garden and much room around, typical for this region. With a clear view towards the coast, through meadows and pasture land, the shortest way through the pasture for cows up to the Baltic Sea is just 800 meters. Down by the water there is the opportunity for swimming (sandy beach) in an undisturbed atmosphere.

The larger holiday home has a living space of about 140 square meters, it has a well-equiped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, three large bedrooms upstairs as well as two living rooms downstairs.

The other holiday home with a size of about 60 square meters has also a bathroom and a place to sleep (under the roof) as well as a combined living and sleeping area downstairs.

Altogether there is enough room for up to 16 persons, to find their quiet personal holiday idyll in one of the most beautiful stretches of coast of South Sweden, and the summer town of Ystad can be easily reached by bus, starting from the front door of the domicile, so that also your car has deserved a bit holidays in Sweden. The main house has three bedrooms upstairs, with double beds (180 cm) in two of the rooms and two single beds in the third. Downstairs has three sofas that can be made into an extra bed

The small house has a 140 cm double bed in the sleeping loft and a bunk bed and a sofa (not a sofa bed but a child can sleep on it) in the living room below.
