The friendly air-conditioned chalet is an ideal place to spend a holiday in the middle of nature, absolute calm. A small haven of peace!

A beautiful PRIVATE POOL (10m by 4m20 with a protective barrier and gate with key)) is at your only disposal! . Around the terraces with 4 deckchairs, a table with chairs and 2 armchairs. In the shed, next to the pool, there is a table with 4 chairs and pool games (chips, inflatable buoys, guns etc). Parasol.

Outside, a solar shower, next to the 2 deckchairs and 2 hammocks to enjoy the sunny weather in nature. An aperitif area with armchairs.

A petanque court is at your disposal as well as the boules.

Swing. There is also a small tent for children.

The friendly chalet is all wooden and comfortable. Surface (33m2) and covered terrace (18m2). .

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washer dryer, 2 coffee makers, blender etc.

Large sofa of 2m40 and television.

2 small bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) with panoramic windows that offer a peaceful view of the scrubland and vineyards. A travel cot, a baby bath and high chair are available. Also a mattress (futon type).
