Villa L'Emeraude

Overall:
You will find some small shops in the village of Siran (bakery, grocery store, restaurant, bar). Within a 15 minute drive there are several large supermarkets and other shops. The villa is located on the slopes of the Montagne Noire and is surrounded by fantastic views, patches of great nature, hiking and mountain biking slopes and the beach is relatively close. You will find many sites nearby to visit. It will be wonderful to come back to the villa to relax after the various excursions to be made in the area.

Interior:
The living room (40 m²), the open plan kitchen (8 m²) with air conditioning are equipped with French doors to the covered terrace. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160 x 200) and French doors to the outside. The third bedroom has two single beds (90X200). There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Both bathrooms have toilets. In the laundry room there is the washing machine.

Outside:
Adjoining the living room is the covered terrace, the summer terrace with the heated swimming pool (4×8) and the wonderful view of the rolling countryside. It will be very pleasant to relax on the sunbeds that you will find around the pool. The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden. A game of bowls is possible on the bowling alley which is located on the grounds itself and for ping-pong fanatics a table is at their disposal. From the house you can walk in the impressive nature, in order to notice all its different facets. There is, of course, a BBQ at your disposal. Parking is located on the side of the site.
