Welcome to Resting Beach Face – a stunning seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom Gulf-front vacation rental in Panama City Beach, Florida that sleeps up to 26 guests. This luxurious three-story retreat offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and coastal charm, making it the ideal beach getaway for large groups.
When you step into the first floor of Resting Beach Face, you'll instantly know you are on vacation when you are greeted by the large gulf-facing windows and sliding glass doors of the main open living space, which also includes a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room with Smart TV. Step outside the main living space onto your very own private sundeck, where you'll find a refreshing private pool, ceramic grill and outdoor dining and lounge area. With private beach access, you are just steps away from sinking your toes into the sugar-white sands. Additionally, on the first floor, you will find a half bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Ascending to the second floor, you will find the home’s third, fourth and fifth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and adjacent full bathroom; the fourth bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom, the fifth bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and access to the Gulf front second-floor balcony. Also on the second floor, you can enjoy a cozy den complete with a foosball table, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. There is a convenient second laundry room in the hallway, a great amenity for large groups who need to refresh their clothes after their beach adventures.
Lastly, on the third floor, you will find another den, offering additional space for relaxation and entertainment and the final sixth and seventh bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is a spacious bunk room with two queen/queen bunk beds, each with a twin trundle underneath, providing comfortable accommodations for larger groups or families. The seventh bedroom is a Gulf front primary suite with a king bed, sleeper sofa, ensuite bathroom and private balcony, perfect for enjoying breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Everything was great, except for a couple of electrical issues. The breaker kept tripping on the lower level water heater. Two of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work and the door on the main level to the back porch was super hard to open. Overall, the house was amazing; a beautiful view, spacious rooms, perfect pool for littles, and short walk to beach. Would love to go back!

I feel it needs some TLC. Don’t get me wrong just some tho gs that need attention. The water leak in downstairs bedroom ceiling stained and needs repaired. The bar stools need replaced with something that can be cleaned. Was not impressed with my bed sheets having blood stains. The wood deck needs attention it has screws raised and the wood sticks up definitely stubbing and trip hazard. I feel like the glass on downstairs deck is just a bit tall had to see when sitting in a chair when your shorte, also the glass gets dirty quickly we washed it off but still wasn’t helpful. Convert to a bar stools with a 2x6 or something to set with a drink.I really enjoyed the stay view was absolutely beautiful and plenty of room for our family!

The pool was good for the kids but not big enough for us adults. We had no internet the entire week. This made it ruff due to some that still needed to work while on vacation. We had a light bulb in the ceiling go out in restroom mid week and I called 2x and no one came to replace it. We had to be very careful walking down to the beach due to nails sticking up. A ramp going down to the beach would be nice due to the older ones that have knee and back problems. I wouldn’t be able to rent this condo again due to the steps going down to the beach.
