About this house rental
Welcome to your private Cape Coral pool home on a wide freshwater canal. With more than 2,200 square feet, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and multiple gathering spaces, the single-level home gives families and groups plenty of room to relax.
POOL + CANAL LIVING
Swim in the private screened pool, relax on the chaise lounges or enjoy meals beneath the covered lanai. Pocket sliding doors connect the family room to the pool area for easy indoor-outdoor living.
The backyard includes a private concrete dock overlooking the freshwater canal. Guests may fish from the dock with their own equipment. The canal does not provide Gulf access.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom, pool access, walk-in closet, desk and private screened atrium
• Guest bedroom: two double beds and a large closet
• Bunk room: bunk bed, additional floor mattress and children’s items
THREE FULL BATHROOMS
• Spacious primary ensuite with dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower
• Full hallway bathroom serving the guest bedrooms
• Pool-access bathroom with a shower for added convenience
ROOM TO PLAY
Ping-pong and foosball give children, teens and adults something to enjoy between pool days and Southwest Florida outings.

The full kitchen includes quartz countertops, full-size appliances and ample preparation space. Guests also have private laundry, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, garage parking and driveway parking.

• Optional pool heat:** Pool heating must be requested in advance. The current fee is $20 per day or $350 per month for approximately 84–86°F. Higher temperatures are $30 per day.
• Freshwater canal:The canal does not provide Gulf access. Fishing equipment, kayaks, canoes and other water equipment are not supplied.
• Barbecue: The grill is outside the screened pool enclosure. Guests are responsible for propane.
• Protected owl habitat: A protected burrowing-owl habitat is near the front lawn. Sightings are never guaranteed. Guests must not enter or disturb the protected area.
• Internet: Wi-Fi is provided, but guests requiring uninterrupted business connectivity should bring a mobile hotspot as backup.
