This modern city villa, newly built in 2023 and featuring several residential units, is centrally located in the port city of Sassnitz, not far from the church and city hall, and right next to Jasmund National Park. The national park’s vast beech forest begins just a few meters from the property, and the city center—with its numerous shops and restaurants—lies right in front of the house. The city harbor and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Vacation Apartment 14, “Baumwipfelnest,” is located on the second floor of the building and features a covered balcony.
This spacious, bright two-room apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows has a living area of 74 square meters and is equipped to accommodate three people.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
