Downtown Boardwalk Charmer

We had a great stay overall at this Ocean City rental. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the boardwalk—and the house itself is very spacious. I especially appreciated the layout where each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made our trip much more convenient.That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Communication between Vrbo and the host/listing agent was a bit difficult. I didn’t receive any reminders or instructions about the check-in process prior to arrival, and the host’s contact information listed on Vrbo was incorrect. I had to reach out to Vrbo directly, and only then was I informed that a lodging agreement needed to be signed—something that was never sent to me until I requested it. Additionally, picking up and dropping off the keys at an agency office 15–20 minutes away from the house was inconvenient.As for the property itself, it was in good condition overall. However, the floors were sticky and sandy when we arrived, and the bathrooms, while clean, had a damp/moldy smell. A few lights were also missing bulbs.Despite those issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for its prime location and spacious layout. With some improvements in communication and minor maintenance, this could easily be a five-star experience.

First was wifi which we had to use 108 cause 109 wasnt excepting password. Struggled to get tv's to work with infinity but after numerous attempts finally got all tvs to work. i would recommend a plunger as There was none in any of bathrooms or closests. Lastly they kept putting garbage can in front of parking spot which i had to move almost everyday. We had a great stay overall & if we lived closer would definitely rent on a yearly basis.

We were literally right on the board and inches from all the action. My children are adults now, so everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. It was reasonable and worth every penny for the trip
