About this apartment rental
5 North Lake is a seasonal cottage situated yards from the shore. The property has panoramic views of the largest recreational body of water in Massachusetts: Otis Reservoir. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing and watching the sunset from the dock or deck.
The space
Our seasonal cottage is cozy, clean, and functional with spectacular views of the lake and sunset.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, decks, dock, yard, 2 kayaks, life vests, floaties, gas bbq grill, yard games, and driveway for parking for 3-4 cars.
**There is also room on the dock to moor one boat.
In addition, guests can use our SmartTV with Hulu and Amazon Prime, high-speed (fiber) internet access, and portable speakers. We have a variety of books and board games for all ages too.

Please note that guests do not have access to the private beach next door (though you won't need it). Nor can they use our sunfish sailboat.
