This former 18th-century wine estate in the heart of the Charente countryside is available for exclusive rental and can host up to 27 guests in complete privacy.
Accommodation is spread across 3 independent houses and 5 spacious B&B suites, all arranged around a central courtyard. Everyone has their own space while enjoying the pleasure of being together.
At the heart of the property, you'll find a bright and inviting 75 m² reception room (La Part des Anges), ideal for shared meals, games, workshops or family celebrations. A fully equipped kitchen is attached for self-catering convenience.
The large, fully enclosed garden includes a secure swimming pool, a covered outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and plenty of quiet spots to relax at any time of day.
For special celebrations or business gatherings, two additional event spaces are available:
- the Chai Le Paradis (130 m²), an atmospheric reception room for up to 90 seated guests
- La Distillerie, a cosy lounge with a bar – perfect for welcome drinks or relaxed evenings
